Does NeuroMed require a non-compete agreement for employees/ Independent Sales Representatives?

Yes, as a condition of representing or employment with NeuroMed Consulting, Inc., employees and Independent Sales Representatives are required to acknowledge a non-compete, non-disclosure clause in their agreement. This agreement recognizes NeuroMed Consulting, Inc. rights with respect to proprietary information and inventions/innovations. In return, NeuroMed Consulting, Inc. will provide employment and abide by the terms for the employer defined in the agreement.
